iQOO 14 Series Specifications
A leak by tipster Smart Pikachu has revealed that Vivo and iQOO are planning to launch more smartphones equipped with Samsung OLED panels. Samsung OLED display is also expected to be available in iQOO 14 and 14 Pro. Apart from this, according to another source, a flat display design can be found in both the smartphones.
According to reports, Samsung may supply different types of OLED displays in multiple sizes to smartphone manufacturers this year. These include 1.5K resolution OLED LTPO flat displays, 1.5K and 2K resolution LTPO micro-quad-curved screens, and 2K LTPO micro quad-curved displays. The inclusion of Samsung OLED panels in the iQOO 14 series will be a big change, as the iQOO 13 and 12 series currently available in the market have OLED panels from companies like BOE and Visionox.
When asked about the differences between the iQOO 14 and 14 Pro, the tipster revealed that the Pro model is likely to have a periscope telephoto camera, which the standard model will not have. Qualcomm is expected to introduce the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset in October this year. iQOO 14 and 14 Pro may be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip.
