Vida V2 vs V1: How better is the new electric scooter with 165 Km range than the old model?
design
The design of the Vida V2 is largely similar to the Vida V1. However, some minor changes have been made. The big difference is in the design of the handlebar. The new model has a covered handlebar, in which indicators are fitted. The placement and design of the headlights are almost the same. Other elements also appear similar.
Battery, Range
Both the Vida V2 and Vida V1 e-scooter models come in more than one variant. The V2 gets Plus, Pro and Lite variants, which come with 3.44 kWh, 3.94 kWh and 2.2 kWh battery packs respectively. At the same time, V1 has two variants, which include Plus and Pro. All have removable battery packs.
Talking about the range, the IDC range of Plus and Pro models of Vida V2 is 143 kilometers and 165 kilometers respectively, while the range of Lite is said to be 94 kilometers. At the same time, the full charge range of Plus and Pro models of Vida V1 is the same as the V2 Plus and Pro variants.
performance
The top speed of the Plus variant of Vida V2 is 85 Kmph and it claims to achieve 0-40 Kmph speed in 3.4 seconds. The top speed of the Pro variant is 90 kmph and claims to reach the same speed in 2.9 Kmph. The top speed of the Lite variant is 69 kilometers per hour and it claims to achieve the same speed in 4.2 seconds.
On the other hand, the top speed of Vida V1 goes up to 80 Kmph and it claims to achieve 0-40 Kmph speed in 3.4 seconds.
Prices
The price of Vida V2 Lite is around Rs 96,000, V2 Plus is around Rs 1,15,000 and V2 Pro is around Rs 1,35,000. Subsidy is also included in this price.
Whereas, V1 Pro and Plus were launched at Rs 1.59 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 1.45 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively.
