Ukraine is ready to accept a 30-day ceasefire with Russia

Ukraine has stated that a day after a conversation between the two countries in Saudi Arabia, it is ready to accept the immediate 30-day ceasefire with Russia proposed by Russia.
US State Secretary Marco Rubio said he would submit a proposal to Russia and “the ball is in his court”.
Ukraine’s President Volodomire Zelansky said that now Russia depended on the US to persuade the “positive” proposal.
Tuesday’s conversation in Jeddah was the first official meeting between the two countries after an extraordinary conflict between Zelanski and US President Donald Trump at the Oval Office.
In a joint statement, the US also stated that it would immediately resume intelligence sharing and security aid to Ukraine, which was suspended by Washington after an unprecedented meeting.
The US-Ukraine’s statement said, “Both delegations agreed to name the teams of their conversations and immediately started negotiations towards a permanent peace, providing for long-term security of Ukraine.”
Rubio said at a press conference in Jeddah late on Tuesday that he hoped that Russia would accept the proposal.
Ukraine “was ready to stop shooting and start talking,” he said, and if Russia rejected the proposal “then we would unfortunately know what is a hindrance to peace here”.
“Today we proposed that Ukrainian has accepted, which is to enter a ceasefire and is in immediate conversation,” he said.
He said, “We will now take this proposal to the Russians and we hope they will say yes to peace. The ball is now in their court.”
The 30-day ceasefire proposal is beyond the proposal of Zelancesi for the sea and partially in the sky.
Russia began a full -scale invasion of the country in February 2022. Moscow currently controls about 20% of the Ukrainian region.
Asked by a reporter whether the move meant that Trump and Zelancesi’s relationship was “back on the track,” Rubio said he hoped that it was “peace” that was back on the track.
“This does not mean that girls, this is not some episode of some television shows” he said.
“Today people will die in this war, they died tomorrow and sadly – until there is a ceasefire, they will die tomorrow.”

The joint statement stated that Trump and Zelancesi have agreed to finalize an important mineral deal “as soon as possible”.
Ukraine has offered to provide American access to its rare Earth mineral reserves in exchange for US security guarantee – but the White House derailed by Roe.
Rubio said the deal was not a matter of Tuesday’s talks, but was interacted with Ukrainian and American Treasury.
The US delegation in Jeddah also included American National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Middle East Envoy Steve Witcofof, who according to BBC American partner CBS are caused by a visit to Russia in the coming days, who were quoting the plan to familiar with the plan.
Getting a sharp end to war in Ukraine has been an important vow to the US President.
He has put a growing pressure on Zelansky to accept the ceasefire, without offering an immediate security guarantee by the Ukrainian President.
On Friday, Trump released a rare threat to further sanctions against Moscow in a push for a deal. Russia has already been given huge approval by the US in the war.
Trump said that he was considering the move Because “Russia is still ‘pounding’ Ukraine on the ‘battlefield’,
