Trump ordered the International Criminal Court to approve

President Donald Trump has signed an executive order approved to the International Criminal Court after alleging targeting the US and Israel.
This remedy keeps financial and visa sanctions on individuals and their families that aid in the ICC investigation of American citizens or colleagues, the White House said before signing.
In January, the US Representative Assembly voted for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yov Galant after issuing arrest warrants for allegations of war crimes in Gaza to approve the ICC, which was denied by Israel. The ICC also issued a warrant for Hamas Commander.
At that time, the ICC stated that it “regrets any attempt to reduce the freedom, integrity and fairness of the court”.
The US is not a member of the ICC and has repeatedly rejected any jurisdiction by the body on American officials or citizens.
The order of President Trump signed on Thursday accused the Hague-based ICC of creating a “embarrassing moral equivalence” between Hamas and Israel, who is issuing warrants for Israeli leaders and a Hamas commander at the same time first home .
It also states that the ICC is obstructing Israel’s right to self -defense, accusing the body of ignoring Iran and anti -Israeli groups.
Trump has repeatedly criticized the ICC, and has taken several steps to approve the body during his first term in the office.
At that time, he also imposed restrictions on ICC officials, who were investigating whether American forces commit war crimes in Afghanistan.
The order allowed the US to block the assets of ICC employees and prevent them from entering the US.
In response, the ICC stated that the ban was “an unacceptable effort to interfere with the rule of law.
Established in 2002 – In view of the dissolution of Yugoslavia and Rwanda massacres – ICC was formed to investigate alleged atrocities.
The court can only deal with the offenses committed after July 2002, when Rome law – which formed the ICC – came into effect.
More than 120 countries have confirmed the law, while one and 34 have signed and can confirm in future.
Neither America nor Israel Rome is the party for law.
The ICC is a court of the last resort and it is only to intervene when the national officials cannot prosecute or not.
The predecessor of Trump, Joe Biden also criticized the ICC warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant, called the move “abusive” and said that there was no similarity between Israel and Hamas.
