Three arrested for man’s disappearance of 2002

Three people have been arrested for the disappearance of a person who went missing more than 20 years ago.

Robert Scott Clive, known as Scott, was last seen on 10 October 2002 at the North Shields, North Tincide after one night, where he moved from a strainer in Scotland a few months ago.

Despite no dead bodies, the investigation of the murder was started.

The Northumbria police said that she had now arrested two people in the 40s and 50s, as well as suspected of killing a woman in the 40s.

Mr. Clive, who lived in Prudo terrace and worked as a laborer, was 30 at the time of his disappearance.

Officials say they have reviewed hundreds of hours of CCTV footage and have talked to many people in efforts to connect their movements simultaneously.

The police are still searching for an address in the Coronation Street area that is a place known to go to Shri Clive in the evening, which he went missing.

Last June, a 49 -year -old man was arrested in connection with investigation. Since then, he has been released on further interrogation pending bail.

In the early hours of 11 October 2002, the unconfirmed vision kept a person matching the details of Shri Clive on the banks of the Tin River.

His mother, Trissia Clive, said last year, saying that the family was “still in Limbo” because he did not believe he had fallen into the river.

The detail inspector Mark Etharton, who led the matter, said: “We are doing everything we deserve to provide Scott’s family with the answers.

“We still believe that people in the local community know that important information may be.”

He said: “I am again urging anyone who lived on Coronation Street at the time of his disappearance, or that night there is information about Scott movements, to come forward.

“The information you have can prove to be important in our investigation.”
