The driver knocks the worker after ignoring the bandh
A driver who ignored a road closure before a worker reversed and was closed by the road.
John Leonard Muclay ran the previous closure sign, while on 13 May 2024 Hardstoft, Pits were being fixed at Loco Lane at Derbyshire.
After failing to pass a council truck on one side of the road, Broome Avenue’s Mukkal at Chesterfield’s pills tried to roam from the other side and knocked on a worker in Hazero to do so.
On January 22, Mokal was sentenced to eight months in jail, suspended for 12 months, and banning driving for one year.
