SpaceX rocket debris crashes in Poland

SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket is used to carry people and payload to the Earth’s atmosphere. It is designed to be reusable.

The rocket that produced this debris was launched by SpaceX from Wandenberg Air Force Base in California on 1 February.

Astronomers of Harvard University, Dr. Jonathan McDowell told the BBC, “It was going to rent the Earth’s atmosphere in a controlled manner and crash in the Pacific Ocean.”

“But the engine failed. We have seen it revolving around the Earth for the last few weeks and we were expecting an uncontrolled re-entry today, which people saw burning in the sky.

“The debris zipped England at a distance of about 17,000 mph, then crashed in Eastern Europe at a distance of a few hundred miles per hour in some parts of Scandinavia.”

Space debris from rockets and satellites rented the Earth’s atmosphere several times a month. Usually the pieces of space debris are completely burnt from the Earth’s atmosphere but a large piece can fall on the earth. Dr. According to McDowell, an uncontrolled large rocket re-entry is rare and has the ability to be dangerous.

“So far, we have been lucky and no injury, but the more we put in the Earth’s orbit, the more likely our luck will go out,” he said.

“This is recently a fourth phenomenon with a spacex Falcon that is causing anxiety. It seems that glitches are becoming more common like the failure of this engine.”

So far, large pieces of debris have been confirmed in Poland, but Dr. McDowell suspects that the pieces crashed in western Ukraine where light -like streaks in the sky were “clearly visible”.

He said, “It is quite an omen for how our civilization is changing.”
