The Attorney General has rejected the call of appeal to review the length of the jail sentence of Southport killer Axle Rudakubana.

18 -year -old Rudkubana is serving a minimum 52 -year sentence for the killing of Elsey.com, Seven, Babe King, Six, and Alice Dr. Silva August, Nine at Southport in July 2024.

“The government has set the next steps which should now be to ensure that these terrible murders will be a line in the sand.

“Today my views are with Babe, Elsey and Alice’s friends and families, as well as other victims – your memories will not be forgotten.”
