Say family, one best friend for family school student

The family of a 15 -year -old boy “completely heartbroken”, which was badly stabbed at a Sheffield School on Monday, described him as a “best friend for all”.

Harvey Wilgose died after attacking the All Saint Catholic High School on Granville Road on Monday.

In a statement issued through South Yorkshire Police, Harvey’s family said: “Our life has been destroyed and it will never happen again.”

Officials said a 15 -year -old boy arrested on Monday on suspicion of killing Harvey remained in custody.

The teenager’s family said: “We have lost a lovely son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and, most importantly, a best friend for all.

“Harvey will always be known for being a care, love and funny youth.

“In this difficult time, we ask you to respect our privacy because we mourn as a family.”

As the investigation of the incident continued, there was a small police scene in the school on Tuesday.
