Rwanda illegally Dr. Capturing Congo, the minister tells the BBC
Rwanda is illegally occupying the Democratic Republic of Congo and is trying to change the governance, the country’s Foreign Minister has told the BBC.

Ms. Wagner called for a stay for foreign aid to Rwanda and put the leaders on sanctions on “enabling this war”.
He also called Rwanda soldiers to suspend the worldwide peace operations worldwide.
“We have to see a country that presents itself as a peace-binger in other countries, a warmongar in the Great Lex region (ING),” he said.
