- More than 1,000 North Korean soldiers have been killed or wounded in Russia’s war with Ukraine, South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said on Monday.
- Russia’s Defense Ministry said its air defense systems destroyed 42 Ukrainian drones in five Russian regions overnight Sunday.
- Russian forces have captured two villages in Ukraine, one in the Kharkiv region in the northeast and one in the eastern Donetsk region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.
