Punxsutawney predicts Phil weather

People have gathered for the annual Groundhoch Day in Nobb of Gobar in the city of Punksutavani, Pennsylvania.

PUNXSutawney Phil, Groundhog, shared his prediction with the sole person, who can understand him – the chairman of the Punksutavani Groundhog Club.

Rules are simple: If Phil, groundhoch, sitting on top of the stem of a tree sees its shadow then there will be a six weeks of winter and six weeks.
