Police searching for three people after park massacre
Detectives are trying to trace three men after an attempted murder in the south side of Glasgow.
A 38-year-old man was seriously injured in the attack at Auldhouse Park, Nether Auldhouse Road, at around 19:30 on Friday.
He was taken to hospital and police sealed the area. Officers are searching for three people who were seen nearby at the time.
They believe they traveled on an e-scooter towards Riverford Road.
Officers are talking to people in the area and reviewing CCTV footage. They have asked everyone who may have seen the three men keep in touch,
Det Inspector John Douds said: “A dedicated team of officers are working on this and I want to reassure the community that we are doing everything possible to trace whoever is responsible.
“Please think again – did you see or hear anything suspicious? Or did you see three people in the area on Friday evening?
“Officers will remain in the area while inquiries continue. Anyone with any information, or any concerns, can speak to them.”
