Police are searching for people linked to the triple shooting

Detectives investigating a triple shooting in north-west London – which left a woman dead – have released an image of people who may have “vital” information.

The Met Police said a black Kia Niro with distinctive alloys and number plate LA23

Michel Sadio, 44, died at the scene and two people, both in their 30s, were injured.

Police have released a photograph of several people who were seen talking to the occupants of a black Kia Niro on Church Road, Harlesden, at 20:50 GMT, just before the shooting.

About 25 minutes later, shots were fired on Gifford Road, less than half a mile (800 m) away.

Detached Inspector Phil Clarke, who is leading the investigation, said: “Are you one of the people depicted in the white Mercedes or on the nearby pavement, or do you recognize anyone?

“Did you hear or see anything before or after the shooting that might help the investigation?”

He added, “I would like to emphasize that none of the people shown in the photo have done anything wrong.

“They may not live in the area but they may have information that is important to the investigation and I urge them to contact us.”

Ms Sadio was standing outside the River of Life Elim Pentecostal Church on Gifford Road after a vigil when the shots were fired.

Police said that after the shooting, the car was driven more than two miles (3.2 km) to Barnhill Road in Wembley Park, where it was abandoned and set on fire.
