Unlike Imad, 63 -year -old Khalid Maqbel, and 52 -year -old his wife Iman showed no response when asked about Trump’s statements.

In contrast, 23-year-old Mahmood Abu Uda, who runs a small coffee and tea stand at Dir El-Balah, says he wants to leave the bandage as soon as possible.
Mahmud said, “Finally, Trump will take us out of Gaza, as if people were forced from north to south during the war.”
“If they open Rafa crossing (with Egypt), a large number of people will leave immediately. I will go for the first time. ,
For Mahmud, unbearable pressure of life in Gaza after the war is unimaginable. “This is not a life. There is no life here. After the war, there is nothing left to keep us in this country. ,
Although Mahmud wants to leave Gaza, he rejects the idea of being forced – but he does not see any option.
“We are always forced,” he said. “We were forced to run from north to south. We ended the war against our wish. We tolerated the bombing against our wish. We never had any option. ,
“If leaving is a solution to our problems, let’s go,” they continued.
“If they prepare homes, jobs and a real life for us, let’s leave and Gaza ends the story.”
Mahmood told Al Jazira that his views represent an important part of Gaza’s youth, who have suffered extremely during the war.
“Our future is destroyed. I am responsible for six family members. I could not finish my university degree. I work for a low salary throughout the day. Our house was bombed. We were displaced. ,
“Is it a young man’s life in the 20s or is an old man in his 90s?” He asked strictly.

Amir Taleb, a friend of Mahmud, agreed that life in Gaza has become unbearable after the war, but opposed the idea of forcibly displacement or reconstruction and the idea of trading the right to live in Gaza for better life promises.

He returned to Gaza and opened a small clothing shop.
“It is difficult to live in exile, and for us in Gaza, there is never a guarantee of returning. We do not have the privilege to come and go as we want. This is why many people like to live despite everything, ”said Amir.
“Arabs and Islamic countries should take a stand against Trump’s plans,” Aamir said. “This is a psychological and moral war against us in every sense.”
