New York Food Bank receives 13,000 salmon. Hunt? Fish are still alive

An upstate New York Calman Farm faced a closure, donating 13,000 live fish to a local food bank. With a tight deadline, volunteers and employees worked fast to catch, process and freeze the salmon.
Localcoo farm began as a permanent salmon farming system, but unfortunately could not raise enough capital to become profitable. The donation will supply significant proteins in more than 240 food panties, shelters and community kitchens.
