New-Nazi Mi5 agent hunting is public forgiveness from security service

BBC Bath, a blurred silhouette against a high window, was seen looking at long buildings spread over a distance of the day of a stormBBC

A woman at the center of a case in which MI5 has given false evidence to three courts, waning the service to give her public apology.

Bath was attacked with a Machate by his former partner, a new-Nazi Misoginist who used his MI5 role to control him.

We revealed on Wednesday that MI5 gave wrong evidence to three courts, which is only known as agent X to a paid informer on man’s handling.

The Mi5 has now released an “unreserved waiver” stating what happened as a “serious error” – it was taken full responsibility by adding it.

But since then, speaking for the first time, Beth – not his real name – says: “Where is my apology?”

She believes that she only matters to the Mi5 as she is “kicking a nuisance” with a legal case against service and “throwing a spotlight on the way they behave”.

“But otherwise, if I just had to go away quietly, they would never think about me again,” he told the BBC.

Beth’s legal case claims that MI5 violated his human rights due to failure to protect the agent X.

She is making a formal complaint in an independent court, called the Investigator Power Tribunal (IPT). The matter should be conducted secretly after the Mi5, as the MI5 said that it does not confirm the identity of the agent – under one theory that is neither known nor known as confirmation (NCD) – And did not do this with X.

The secret IPT session will be closed for Beth and his lawyers, and so stop him from knowing what Mi5 says in response to his claim.

“It felt completely aggressive that it has been told that my case would have to be organized privately and I will not be private for any information because they will be operated because they fully get some special licenses Human rights are allowed to be dissolved. “

However, I revealed on Wednesday that I was told by a senior MI5 official that X was an agent. The disclosure occurred when the MI5 approached me to try to stop a BBC story about his extremism.

The IPT was one of the three courts in which Mi5 gave false evidence, stating that it never confirmed the status of the X agent.

Mi5 first lied in 2022, when the government took me and BBC to court Agent X in an attempt to block reporting at the wrongdoing of X – And managed to ban us from identifying him.

Beth says that false evidence “proves what Mi5 are capable of doing”.

“(This) seems to have been confirmed by all my worst doubts,” she says.

“Everything that I was told by X told about them, at that time we were together, the case has proved to be that they are unscrupulous people who will stop anything to achieve what they want.”

X physical and sexual abuse Bath, attacking it with a creation

Beth met Agent X – a foreign national – on a dating site. But, over time, he became physically, mentally and sexually derogatory.

After attacking Bath with a Mache with a Mache, in a case, which was dropped by the prosecutors, when the police failed to receive the video of the attack, X left the UK under police investigation and a foreign intelligence agency Started work for.

“I am so worried that as far as we know is an independent person.” “I don’t want other women to keep with such things. It is disgusting.”

They believe that MI5 has a special type of power that enables it to avoid transparency like other organizations.

The Mi5 states that it is conducting an internal investigation into false evidence, resulting in disciplinary action. Senior MI5 corporate witnesses who gave false evidence, said that they feel that they are telling the truth.

The Home Secretary, Yett Cooper has also announced an independent external review of how MI5 gave false evidence. It is being organized by Sir Jonathan Jones KC, former head of the government’s legal service.

‘I have lost the years of my life’

Bath’s case will now return to the expert IPT court, which will reconsider the decision to rule it that the Mi5 can refuse to confirm that X was an agent and therefore keep the evidence secret.

The whole matter will not be heard until this is decided.

When I was in contact with Bath for the first time, he recently faced a breakdown due to X’s behavior. She has gone a long way for years.

The legal process is shocking again, but necessary, Bath says.

“I have already lost the years of my life for X and its misuse – it seems that there is no end to it.

“But it seems that this is the only way I can, potentially, get any kind of proper justice.”

Asked about the widespread implications of his case, Bath says that it is “really important”.

She says that “so much violence has been committed by men by men,” adding, “whatever we can do as a society, should be done against it”.

“I am one of the lucky people because I am able to speak about it and I have been heard and many people do not listen.”
