Michelle Trechangberg, Gossip Girl and Buffy actress, die at the age of 39

The New York Police Department told BBC American partner CBS News that Mitchell Trechanberg, who arose in the 1990s and 2000s for fame as a child star, died at the age of 39.
The American actress was known for playing the role of Dawn Samars, the younger sister of Bafi the Vampire Slair, and later played the role of Sochelight Georgna Sparks, who manipulated the gossip girl – played as an adult from 2007 to 2012.
Police said his death was not considered suspicious.
Trechenberg made her film debut in 1996 at Harriot the Spy, and she appeared in several nickelodian productions.
The BBC News has reached the representatives of Trechenberg for the comment.
In Manhattan, police said they responded to an emergency call on Wednesday morning, and found Trechenberg “unconscious and unanswered”. He was “declared a dead on the spot”.
NYPD said in a statement, “There is no suspicion of criminality. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation is on.”
Trechtenberg made her debut in acting at the Nickelodian television series The Adventures of Pete and Pete at the age of three.
In the early 2000s, he was nominated for several acting awards – which included Amy Awards during a day – for his role in Buffy the Vampire Slair.
He also acted in films including Eurotrip, Ice Princess, Killing Kennedy and Sister Cities.
Trechenberg first appeared in Gossip Girl in 2008. She returned to the role for two episodes of the second season of HBO Max in 2023.
Her last leading acting role was in 2021 as a true-pronounced documentaries Meet, Mary, Murder, which appeared on a digital streammer Tubi.
In 2021, Trechenberg accused Bafi that Vampire Slair Creator Jose Whadon had treated unfair behavior on the set after his co-star Karishma Carpenter.
