Marcus Rashford: Man Utd forward never mind playing for the club again

Marcus Rashford has not given up all hope of playing for Manchester United again.
Rashford has not featured for United since coming on as a substitute in the Europa League win over Viktoria Plzen on 12 December, after which head coach Ruben Amorim questioned his training performance.
The 27-year-old had been on the bench once in the middle period, when he was an unused substitute in a 3–0 home defeat by Newcastle on 30 December.
Asked about Rashford after Sunday’s 3-1 defeat to Brighton at Old Trafford, Amorim said, “It’s his choice”, leading to speculation that Rashford asked not to be considered. Is.
However, club sources do not believe that is what Amorim meant and feel the former Sporting boss was merely underscoring that Rashford’s future is in his own hands.
Sources close to the player have insisted that Rashford wants to play for United and has no significant issues with Amorim and would play if called up.
Rashford has been linked with a number of European clubs and it is likely he will leave the club on loan before the current transfer window closes in early February.
It is not known how often Rashford has trained for the first time since Amorim’s exile from the matchday squad began.
On Wednesday, cameras will be allowed into United’s Carrington training ground to film the first 15 minutes of the club’s pre-match session ahead of the key Europa League clash with Rangers at Old Trafford.
Both clubs are currently in the coveted top eight positions, with United placed seventh with 12 points and Rangers one point and one place behind.
However, 17th-placed Plzeň are just three points behind United with two games remaining and neither club is even certain of a play-off spot.
