Man went to jail for trying to kill PC with scissors

A person has been put in jail for 30 years to try to kill a police officer, stabbing him in the head with a pair of scissors.
Robert Jenner attacked PC Scene Quin in a flat in Medestone in Kent in June 2023, leaving the officer across his forehead with a wound, which exposed his skull.
Kent police said that PC Quinn and a group of associates went to Jenner’s flat, when he was suspected to run naked in a nearby park, exposing themselves to women, Kent police said.
Jenner refused to be injured with attempt to murder and intention, and refused to leave his cell to attend court during his test. He was found guilty in his absence on Tuesday.
Jenner’s rescue argued that he had worked to save himself that he believed that there was an illegal arrest, but the prosecution said, given the seriousness of his actions, he tried to end PC Quin’s life Must be doing
PC Ashley Bates had punched Jenner several times from behind his head to leave her scissors.

The statements of his children were also read, with one: “Jenner failed to kill my father, but a part of him still died that day.”
Another: “I cry for her crying and the rest of my life”.
Judge Philip St. John-Stivans said during the conviction: “When (PC Quin) left for work that morning, he was thankful to what to happen that day.”
CH SUPT NIIL Loudon said that PC Quinn had injuries, he was one of the worst people ever.
Genner will work at least 20 years before applying for parole and then spend five years on the license.
