Man killed in tram crash after 3 year old girl
A three -year -old girl has been accused after killing and killing a van, who had previously collided with a tram at Manchester City Center.
Louisa Pamissano, known as Lulu from Bernley, died after going on the road on 10:00 GMT on Saturday after being hit by a vehicle.
The Greater Manchester Police said Rawal Rahman, 35, of Manchester, has been accused of dying of dangerous driving.
He is later ready to appear before the Manchester Magistrate Court.
