Man charged with attempted murder of infant
A man has been charged with the attempted murder of an infant found with serious injuries.
Police were called to a property in Y Ferwig, Ceredigion, just before 22:15 GMT on Wednesday following reports of concerns for the welfare of an infant.
Dyfed-Powys Police said the child has been taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
On Saturday, the force said Rhydian Jamieson, 27, of Cwm Coo, near Newcastle Emlyn in Ceredigion, has been charged with attempted murder and will appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Monday.
