At least ten people have died after a powerful storm, causing floods and trees to top the southeastern states of the US.

Kentki Governor Andy Aashiar said that after making an emergency disaster announcement, nine people have died in his kingdom.

Another person died in Georgia, where a man was lying on his bed, crashed into a uprooted tree that crashed into his house.

Kentaki, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessi, Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina were all subject to storm -related alerts over the weekends.
