Judge -led inquiry announced in Nottingham attacks

A public inquiry into the Nottingham attacks has been announced.
Barnabi Weber, Grace O’Mali-Kumar, both 19, and 65-year-old Ian Quotes, were stabbed to death by Waldo Calocaine in Nottingham on 13 June 2023.
In January 2024, Callocaine was sentenced for the order of the hospital, the case gave birth to several reviews, including several reviews including the mental healthcare test she received.
The Prime Minister Sir Kir Stmper told the families of the killed and the injured that an investigation into the attacks would be in “A Matter of Weeks”.
During a meeting at number 10 on Wednesday, the families were told by the PM that “the number of various agencies” would be investigated.
The Prime Minister admitted that it took it “long time” to reach the decision to announce an inquiry, as he was sitting around the table with high-profile ministers such as Health Secretary, Home Secretary and Attorney General.
A retired judge is to be appointed in the appointed time, Sir Kir said: “As soon as this happens, the process will begin.”
Calocane killed Mr. Weber, Ms. O’Mal -Kumar and Mr. Quotes before using Shri quotes van, to drive three pedestrian .
He convicted three cases on low responsibility and three cases on three cases of murder.
