Interior neighborhood completely destroyed in LA fires
Thousands of people in Los Angeles’ affluent Pacific Palisades neighborhood have been forced to evacuate their homes after high winds sparked a massive wildfire.
The fire continues to rage, razing homes to the ground – expanding from 10 acres to more than 2,900 acres in a matter of hours.
At the scene, CBS reporter Jonathan Vgliotti said firefighters were no longer “trying to save” homes in the Palisades, “they’re trying to stop these flames from spreading to other neighborhoods”.
