How about some dessert! People who eat dark chocolate have less risk of type 2 diabetes – study

A new study says that people who eat dark chocolate have a 21% lower risk of type-2 diabetes! According to the study, calories and saturated fat are found in equal levels in dark chocolate and milk chocolate. But the rich polyphenols found in dark chocolate reverse the effects of saturated fat and sugar that cause weight gain and diabetes.
