Freed Palestinian prisoner returns as West Bank function

Israel is expected to release 200 Palestinian prisoners on Saturday, but about 70 is designed to deport.

Earlier, four Israeli hostages returned to Israel after Hamas handed over the Red Cross in Gaza city.

It is an Israeli mortgage release and the second part of the Palestinian prisoner swap as a ceasefire was agreed earlier this month.
