Former-Tory MP Jack Lopresty joins Ukraine Military to support war attempts

A Tory MP, who lost his Westminster seat in the general election last year, is now serving in the Ukrainian army.

Jack Lopresty was an MP for Fenton and Bradley Stoke at South Glosterushair, until Labor’s Claire Hazelgrove Winned in 2024.

55 -year -old Mr. Lopresty said on social media that he was now working voluntarily for Ukraine’s International Lion, Defense Intelligence.

He said, “This is a great honor and is a great privilege for me to serve in the Ukrainian Army and is able to help the brave and amazing Ukrainians in any way,” he said.

Mr. Lopresty first served as a corporal in the UK Army Reserve, and said that he was focusing on the work of charity as a military duties in the country as well as military duties.

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered his army to attack neighboring Ukraine on 24 February.

In a statement, Mr. Lopresti said that he joined a cross party UK parliamentary delegation last week, with rehabilitation centers, donations and military leaders.
