Dennis Sheer from Bangore was attacked during his sleep and later died in the hospital due to injuries

A man who killed his partner’s cousin and killed him in his head nine times was put in jail for 15 years.

Timothy Walker, 43, which was detected as HMP Magbury and originally from Abe Ring in Hollywood, killed Dennis Sheer in “cruel and continuous attacks”.

On 28 February 2021, his house was attacked by Mr. Sheer and died in the hospital nine days later.

Mr. Justice O’Hara said that his injuries were so bad that “initially he used to think of gun shot wounds”.

The court was told that “(walker) was equipped with a weapon and the green (sheer) so hardly he left blood on the wall and bed”.

He said: “There was a simple truth. Walker entered and murdered Mr. Sheer’s house, causing a terrible long -term damage to those who loved Dennis Sheer.”

Natalie Branigan, 42, from Green in Hollywood, accused of assisting criminals and was suspended for two years.

Speaking outside the court, DET Ch Inspes Neel McGinness from Northern Ireland police service stated that Mr. Sheer’s death was “a insensitive loss of a young life”.

He said that Mr. Sheer’s foster mother has been broken, while her birth mother has “faced disastrous effects”.
