Cloe Kelly: Man UTD offers Man City for England Forward

Manchester United has made a proposal to sign the England Forward Cloe Kelly from the rivals Manchester City.
It is unclear whether United’s proposal is just about a debt step, with a report that they can demand a permanent deal.
Sources in Manchester City say they are open to allow Kelly to leave, but it is believed that United has not been given any incentive that a deal will reach a deal on the transfer time limit on Thursday.
In an Instagram message posted on Wednesday evening, Kelly said she wanted to “be happy again” and did not see her future in the city beyond summer.
Her contract is scheduled to end in June, but Kelly, who launched only one female Super League this season, is concerned about the European Championship to be held in July with the 2025 European Championship in the England squad.
The 27 -year -old scored a win against Germany when England made history by winning their first major women’s tournament in Euro 2022.
Kelly said on Wednesday: “With the euro coming rapidly, this heat is a huge and I want to stay in a position to give it my best shot to represent my country.
“However, to decide who I can do and remain only four months in the football season, not only making a big impact on my career for my mental good.
“The situation has been dragged for a very long time, it is disappointing and not right.”
His only WSL started this season against West Ham in October.
United has 23:00 GMT on Thursday to reach an agreement with the city.
