Cat sent resignation email, owner lost her job!

A 25-year-old woman in China lost her job and her year-end bonus after her cat accidentally sent her resignation email. This woman reportedly has nine cats. The woman had drafted the resignation email on January 5, but was indecisive about whether to send it or not, as she needed the job to take care of her pets. However, it appears this woman’s cat didn’t particularly like her job.

According to the report of South China Morning Post, this woman living in Chongqing, south-western China, had prepared the resignation email on her laptop. However, the woman was reportedly confused about leaving the job. She also needed this job to support her nine cats. The situation took a serious turn when one of her cats jumped on the desk and pressed the ‘Send’ button.

Not only this, this moment was also captured in the CCTV camera of his house. She also immediately contacted her boss to tell him about the accident and how her cat had sent the email, but the outcome was not in the woman’s favor. Reports indicate he lost his job and his year-end bonus. The woman said she was planning to look for a new job after the Spring Festival.

This is not the first time that a pet has caused trouble for its owner. Sergeant Major Jittakorn Talangjit’s pet dog, a Labrador-golden retriever, brought home an explosive device in Thailand’s Udon Thani province, according to a report. The sergeant first found his four-year-old son holding the device brought by the dog. Fortunately, the sergeant recognized this suspicious device and immediately placed it in a cardboard box filled with dry grass and covered with a rubber tire for protection. He later called police and bomb disposal officials to defuse the bomb.
