Caroline Dubois wants to become undisputed champion at three weights and retire by 30

It has been a great year for the Dubois name, with the Hackney-born fighter becoming world champion after Daniel legitimized his world-title reign with a dominant win over Anthony Joshua in September.

The siblings joined light-middleweight champion Sebastian Fundora and undisputed flyweight queen Gabriela Fundora in becoming world champions.

But the feat was bitter-sweet. DuBois left the family home in 2023 after a falling out with his father Stan and reportedly no longer speaks to his brother.

Stan and his daughter have given their versions of the fight in separate interviews, and without getting into details, the boxing champion says the sport provided solace during some “dark moments.”

“I keep reminding myself of the positives and blessings instead of all the sadness and negativity that comes with being a human being,” DuBois says.

“How many people are going to say they wanted to do something at age nine and do it at age 24?

“If boxing was taken away from me tomorrow, I would be devastated. I would be devastated. So when it gets a little tough you just remember that.”
