Block of flats affected by explosion in Hague
Police say an explosion has occurred in a three-storey block of flats in The Hague.
Firefighters arrived at the scene around 06:15 (05:15 GMT) to extinguish a fire that caused several houses to collapse in the Tarvekamp area of the city.
Rescue workers are searching for 20 people who are believed to have been present at the time of the blast. So far four have been pulled out from the debris.
The cause of the explosion is not yet clear. But Dutch media say police are searching for the car which sped away shortly after the incident.
