BBC apologizes to targeted employees by stagker

The BBC has given “complete and unreserved forgiveness” for not enough to help the employees who accused of tireless misconduct by a hunter.

After a test at Nottingham Crown Court, Belfield was not convicted of chasing allegations in relation to the director of BBC’s North Ms. Bern, East-Radio Leeds Presenter Ms. Green and Ms. Halls, and Director of BBC England Ms. Thomas.

However, indefinite preventive orders were banned by the judge to ban Belfield from contacting women.

Shri Justice Saini said: “Each of them faced an expedition to harassment by email and social media communication. Each of them faced serious mental health problems arising out of Mr. Belfield’s conduct.”

The BBC statement said: “The BBC cares deeply about the welfare of its employees and we believe that before 2019 we did not enough for these members of the employees, which was understood to be on the Alex Belfield’s unacceptable behavior.

“For this we are deeply sorry and offer a complete and unreserved apology.

“Abuse – especially on social media – presents a lot of challenges for employers and we all need to learn and apply the best practice that we can support our employees.

“This is why the BBC has an online misuse guidance and reporting tool, which today provides information and assistance to all employees how to address and compete online.

“The BBC has also expanded its mental good resources and strengthened our internal inquiry capabilities.

“We are much better to manage these issues anymore and in future, but we will never be decent.”

Belfield was sent to jail after a jury, when he is known as BBC Radio Northampon presenter Bernard Spading, Burney Keith and videographer Ben Hevis.

In relation to the wine and theater blogger Philipg Dehni, Belfield was convicted for two less crimes of “simple” pursuing, which does not require serious alarm or crisis to prove.

The trial heard Belfield, who ran his YouTube channel with a large number of followers, targeted his victims over the years.

Wine called harassment “like an avalanche”, and “exactly the lympic-level chase,” for the broadcast.
