Administer Mark Carney as a new Canadian Prime Minister

Mark Carney, an economist and political newcomer, will be sworn in as the new Prime Minister of Canada on Friday, who has been elected the leader of the Governing Liberal Party.
Bank of Canada, in his previous roles as the Central Bank of the country and the Governor of Bank of England, Carney first helped the major financial disruption of the season of the two countries.
This experience is expected to be used as Carney talks about the ongoing trade war with US President Donald Trump.
He will replace the outgoing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau after a landslide victory in the Liberal Leadership Race of the last week.
Governor General Mary Simon Carney – will preside over the 24th Prime Minister of Canada – and his cabinet ministers. This moment will formally mark the end of the nine -year political power for Trudeau.
But the festival around the inauguration of his successor may be less alive, if Carney chooses to bring forward the next federal election of Canada – currently scheduled for October.
When the election is held, Carney is expected to present himself as the best equipped candidate, which is to take Trump to the trade war he has started since he returned to the White House.
Carney has promised to maintain Canada’s mutual tariff on specific American goods, until the Trump Canada-United States maintain 25% universal tariffs on Canadian goods not covered by the US-Maxico Agreement (CUSMA) trade deal.
“We can’t let him succeed,” Carney said in his victory speech on Sunday.
As long as the Americans “showed us respect”, Carney said that his government would keep tariffs on American imports.
“I know these are black days,” said Carney. “We can no longer trust the dark day brought by a country.
“We are getting more than the shock, but never let us forget the lesson: We have to take care of ourselves and we have to look for each other. We need to pull together in difficult days.”
Canada is dependent on trade with America. Economists say that if Trump’s tariffs are fully applied, it risk the recession.
When the federal election comes, the main rival of Carney will be Pierre Poilavere, compared to Trump in his style – which is now seen by some pundits as an election responsibility rather than an asset.
Prior to the threat of the tariff, conservatives enjoyed a 20 -point lead in some elections. Now, some elections are indicating very close race.
When Canadians go to the next elections, liberals will not only face the conservatives – the official opposition with 120 seats in the House of Commons – but also the block cuekis, who have 33 seats, and New Democrats, who have 24.
