A 13 -year -old girl holds a teddy as she has been accused of murder

A 13 -year -old girl produced a teddy bear in court, while she was accused of killing a woman whose body was found after a fire in the house.
Northamptonshire police said the body was discovered in a property in Wellingboro in the early hours of Monday morning.
Detective believes that the mother of three children, 43 -year -old Marta Bednakzak.
Relatives of Ms. Bednskiq have paid tribute to the “mother’s mother’s mother”.

The girl appeared in the Northampton Magistrate Court on Wednesday morning and talked about confirming her date and date of birth only.
She wore a gray jogging top and bottoms, and kept a toy stuffed with both hands during the hearing.
Magistrates sent a case to the Crown Court and the child is going to appear on 14:00 GMT on Wednesday.

She said that she had moved from Poland to UK in 2010 and worked in a warehouse in Wellingborough to take home money for her family.
She said, “She loved all of us and tragic circumstances in which she died, will bother us forever.”
“We don’t think we will ever come with it.
“We are heartbroken on the idea of never looking at our beloved Marta again. She will be left beyond words, and she will never be forgotten.”
DET Ch Inspector Johnny Campbell, senior investigating officer of the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said he wanted to thank the officers and employees who had worked “tirelessly” since “very tragic events”.
He said, “And, in particular, all our views are with the family of Marta, who have been fully cooperative as a disastrous couple for them,” he said.
