Romanian far-flung presidential hope from Pol Rerun

The Romanian far-flung populous Callin Georgsku has been stopped by the country’s central election bureau from participating in the May presidential election.

In December, Romania’s constitutional court canceled the first round of votes – in which it came earlier – after intelligence information, Russia included 800 Tiktok accounts, which was supporting him.

The bureau dismissed its candidature that it is called “procedural issues”, without providing details. Georgsku called the verdict a “direct shock” for democracy.

Now they have to submit a 24 -hour official appeal from Sunday’s decision, which should continue a decision within 72 hours.
