Two teenagers arrested in Amen Tekle Murder Investigation
Police ScotlandAt the age of 14 and 15 years, two boys have been arrested in a police investigation in the murder of Amen Tekle in Glasgow.
15 -year -old Amen was found seriously injured after violence on Clarenden Street, In St. George’s Cross area of the city, around 22:30 pm on Wednesday,
Emergency services participated but were declared dead on the spot.
Police Scotland said the pair was arrested in connection with the death and was being questioned.
Bal said that the murder was a separate incident and the spies were having an “open mind” for all purposes.
It is understood that Amen, who is originally from Eritrea, lived with his father in Glasgow and was recently given ‘right to remain’ in Britain.
His 17 -year -old his sister Dalina Tekle said Amen hoped to acquire British citizenship and become either a basketball player, a doctor or an engineer.
He told BBC Scotland News that Amen “was not just my brother, he was my best friend”.
He said that he was “really cute person, so kind and so bright”.
Amen attended St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School in Jordanhill.
Hedtekar Claire McIly said that his death was “a blow to the school community”.

Date Supte Cheryl Kelly said “North lies with the local community” and the authorities were reviewing the CCTV and interrogating the door-to-door.
He said: “Our views are at this distressed time with Amen’s family and friends. We will continue to provide experts for him.”
