Student rapist ‘may be one of Britain’s most abusive sexual predators’

When he was arrested in January 2024, the serial rapist Jheho was living on the 39th floor of an expensive block of London flats with scenes across the city.
A PhD student from China, he was studying at University College London (UCL) and paying more than £ 4,000 per month.
Police found that her bedroom was equipped with hidden cameras and discovered a wardrobe with alcohol, ecstasy and an industrial chemical, which the human body turns into a “date rape” drug GHB. They had a pipette to carefully measure the dangerous liquid supplements.
But detectives also found 1,277 videos on their electronic devices. At least some were filmed by Zoo who was raping her unconscious women.
The footage was shot in both the UK and China. The police were able to charge women with several attacks on women in both countries – including rapes of women who have never come forward and have never been identified.
During his trial in Inner London Crown Court, the gamblers had to see footage found on Zo’s nine rape equipment. Zou, now 28, claimed that she was sleeping with five different women in a month and was taking cocaine, ketamine, ecstasy and which she said “liquid e” – “date rape” drug GHB.
He admitted that having sex with unconscious women was one of his imaginations, but he claimed that women were “acting” in the video found on his phone – to help, he claimed, to bring his rape fantasies to life in return for money and gifts.
However, the jury eventually decided that he was a serial rapist who was drugs to young women and shot the attacks.
Zou has now been found guilty of 11 rapes of 10 different women – two who have been identified and one and eight which have not yet been detected – in two different continents.
Detectives say they feared that they may have raped more than 50 women.
“This man can be one of the most abundant sexual predators well, which we have ever seen in this country,” told to BBC, Commander of Metropolitan Police, Kevin Southworth.
‘Mciawellian Person’
Many of the women he raped were completely unconscious. One – whom we are calling Ms. L. said that she woke up to rape Zu before she returned unconscious. Another – what we are calling Ms. an – only the discovered Zu filmed himself by raping herself when the detectives found the video in their flat, after eight months, he first reported it.
“I think he is a crooked and McIllian man,” Commander Southworth told the BBC.
He said that Zou would meet women socially, or through social media, and then take them back to their flat, where they will ply with drugs.
Commander Southworth said, “He fulfills the sexual attacks when they are disabled and possibly they are sleeping and completely unaware.”

Zou – which comes from Dongguan City in Southern China, grew up in a rich family close to Hong Kong, owner of several properties in China and spent huge fees for his higher education in Britain. His surname was Pakhao, some of the names he raped, some of them knew the names.
At the age of 20, he moved to Northern Ireland to finish the last two years of his mechanical engineering degree at Queen’s University, Belfast (QB).
In September 2019, he then moved to London to study Masters in Mechanical Engineering at UCL, but returned to China the next year during Kovid -19 epidemic.
Whereas, in November 2020, they used a vague messaging app to download a instruction manual about drugs and rapes young women. An advertisement found on his phone was the term “effects guaranteed” in the police, which were splashed into the pictures of gold, naked women.
His telephone police also found seven videos raping women in China. They are in court in the court, women B, C, D, E, F, G, H. H. Was referred to. Five of women looked completely unconscious in videos. One, the woman, briefly appeared to wake up, while Zo was raping her, but struggled to maintain consciousness. Female H can be heard snoring.
Another woman, the woman D, was unconscious when she was unconscious, but the goal came and repeatedly said to Zo “Please, No”, while trying to fight her. The videos were so disturbing that the judge, Rosina Cottage Casey, ensured that the gamblers saw him as low as possible. Detectives have not been able to track women below in China.
Although some of his victims were raped in China, Zo could be kept on testing in Britain as he was a resident here.
Saira Pike from the Crown Prosecution Service said that it was important to bring justice for unknown women, who could be seen raping Zo in the video.
“It was really important to fight for them,” he said. “I was firm to move forward with it and did not use the fact that we could not identify women as a preventive from getting justice for them.”
But Zou did not rape women only in China.
‘I hate you’
The two most harassed videos showed the rape of woman A at Zou’s student residence in Bloomsbury, Central London. The police have never been able to establish which woman A is A, and it is not clear that she was raped before or after Zo’s visit to China during the epidemic.
At the beginning of the first video, the woman A was seen unconscious, but pleaded with barley. “I hate you,” he can be heard saying.
“It’s meaningless,” Zo replied. “Sound insulation here is very good.”
The second video is the same. Both were filmed on a small spy camera with a thumb -shaped, placed on a shelf on the other side of the room.
They could not remove the sound when the detectives found the video for the first time. First Zou insisted that the woman was fully agreed to sex in the video. But just before the test, the detectives succeeded in fixing the sound, the woman A was clearly shown under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and she was begging to stop her.
Zo then changed his story, told the jury that it was “playing the role of rape” and the girl was acting.
Commander Southworth said, “Zo is clearly a disappointed and cowardly person who hunts the most disgusting manner for his victims.”

The police have never been able to detect the woman A, however, two women gave evidence against Zou during the test.
Ms. N, a young Chinese student, told how she first met Zo in May 2023. He was helping him with mathematics. A few days later, they both went to their luxury block, uncle building, elephant and another flat in the palace. After the party, he persuaded her to go back to her flat, where she pledged her with a drink.
The court heard that Zo pulled her into her bedroom, where she raped her.
‘Drink finish’
Some of his conversations in the flat were recorded on a detective camera next to Zo’s bed, triggering by a motion sensor.
“Finish the drink,” Zo kept saying on the video. “Finish the drink. It should not be wasted.”
MS N does not remember much after drinking Vodka’s big glass. She soon reported rape to the police, but uncertain about the law, and she says that the authorities were discouraged from the response – including a poor translation of her 999 calls – she decided not to chase the charge.
The Metropolitan Police has said that it is regrettable that the victims did not get the best translation. Commander Southworth said, “Undoubtedly learn something from the first response that these victims received.”
Eight months after Ms. N spoke to the police for the first time, the detectives approached her again, stating that she found videos of Zu’s video ply with a drink, and was shown raping her photos on her phone.
Ms. Ann was so upset about her prediction that she also posted on the Chinese social media app Red Note (Xiaohongshu), which was warning other women about Zou. This was seen by another woman – Ms. L – who responded and said that she had a similar experience.
Ms. L. said that when she was 19 years old, she met Zo in August 2021. He agreed to meet friends with friends one -two times and at a restaurant in Chintown, London. The group went into a private room in another restaurant drinking several bottles of Jack Daniel. Whatever she had with him is very few, but she ended in Zo’s Bloomsbury flat.
“When I woke up I found me up while having sex,” he said.

When he searched Zo’s flat after his arrest, the police found four detective cameras.
The court heard that they also found a yellow pole “trophy box” in the wardrobe with jewelery and clothes, which the police feel that he may be related to those women.
The police have not found any phones, computers or cameras from their time in Belfast, so they do not know if the drug rape campaign had already started when he was studying there.
The UCL stated that Zou was suspended on 27 January 2024 and stopped studying “as soon as we were informed about the allegations”.
Commander Southworth said: “We potentially have a video evidence of many videos as the victims of the victims, which we are desperate to trace so that we can establish what has happened to them.”
He said, “There is such an insidious nature, I think it is likely that many more victims cannot even know that they have raped them.”
Zou was convicted of 11 allegations of rape of 10 women, three cases of travel, three cases of raping drugs with the intention of rape and a count of false imprisonment.
The jury did not find him guilty of allegations of having MDMA, ketamine and zanaks with the intention of rape. He also found that he is not guilty of two allegations of keeping extreme pornography, reflecting rape.
Detectives are asking any woman who has spent any time alone with ZO – whether in China or Britain – to come forward.
