Travel ban for men who ‘torture’ women in Highland Dungon

A person who has misused weak women in an underground room in his Highland house has been banned worldwide the first world to be imposed by the Scottish court.

The police took action in the Vik Sheriff Court to secure the travel ban under the Human trafficking and exploitation law.

The booth regularly traveled abroad and recruited economically weaker women in many countries including South Africa, Dubai, Sri Lanka and Philippines, then paid for them to visit the UK.

He made a video of his attacks at Lochedhu Lodge.

Sheriff Neil Wilson said that the booth had done human trafficking and exploitation works over many years.

He described the evidence that was presented in court as “completely rigid”.

In addition to the travel ban, he ordered that the booth should inform the police to hire any woman as a housekeeper or for any other role at her home.

The booth was accused of attacking children in his care in a school in 1991 and exited Britain in an attempt to escape justice, but later returned.

In 1994, he was convicted after making five allegations of attacking children and failing to surrender to bail in 1994.

He was sentenced to three months imprisonment, suspended for two years.

In 2002, the booth was convicted after a test in the Bradford Crown Court, who was indecency on his Brazilian AU pair and was sentenced to two years in jail.

Then in July 2023, a former employee complained to the police Scotland about the conduct of the booth when he was employed by him at the lodge between June and December 2022.

The court’s decision stated that the booth pressurized him to provide “sexual services”.

It also explains how the booth was investigated for raping a woman in Ireland and later demanded to implement financial pressure on the complainant to withdraw her charge.

During his investigation, the police collected evidence which were presented in civil action.

After the release of the verdict, Police Scotland’s DET SGT Chris Hughes said: “Safety of women and girls is a complete priority for us and we demanded smuggling and exploitation risk order as an alternative to stop any further. . aggressive.

“Trafficking and exploitation is a spot on our communities and there is no place in society and we will use all the resources open for us to deal with it.”
