Tourists warned to stay away from Mount Etna Lava

The Mountain Police in Italy has urged tourists not to be very close to the lava flow of Mount Etna, as people come to the area after the latest explosion of the volcano.

Restrictions in the force require people to travel only at a minimum 500 meters from the lava flow and travel only when they are with guides.

Skiing nearby is also currently prohibited, but a large number of people see a lack of rules in the footage.

The explosion began on 11 February and the Catenia Airport had to bend dozens of flights due to the ash clouds in the region.
