Work on new cities to start by 2029, the minister says

Housing Minister Matthew Penikuk has pledged that work will begin on many new cities before the next general election after being put forward in more than 100 places in England.

Most proposals are for extended to existing towns or cities, with proposals of new standalone settlements.
