Steve Smith: Australia Better pass 10,000 Test runs

Australian batsman Steve Smith passed a 10,000 -run mark in Test cricket during the first day of his side’s initial match in Sri Lanka.
The 35 -year -old went to the first Test of the two -match series for 9,999 runs and in the absence of Pat Cummins as captain, chose to bat after winning the toss.
Travis Head and Marnas Labschagan were rejected and their first delivery was rejected to become the 15th batsman to reach 10,000 Test runs.
Smith Allen Seema, Steve Waugh and Ricky Ponting are the fourth Australians to reach the landmark.
