Praises Trump’s role in Gaza ceasefire and hostage deal

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has paid tribute to US President Donald Trump for his “role in securing the landmark ceasefire in Gaza and securing the hostages”, during a call between the two leaders.
Talks took place on Sunday after Trump Sir Keir praised for doing “a great job like this” and said the pair have a “very good relationship”.
The incoming Trump administration worked in close coordination with his predecessor, Joe Biden, on the deal that was agreed between Israel and Hamas earlier this month.
