Australian Open 2025: Novak Djokovic smelled after being injured against Alexander Zeverev in the semi -finals

Novak Djokovic was dropped by some Australian open fans after Alexander Zerev was injured from his semi -finals.
Djokovic, who was bidding for a record-witted 11th title, left the first set after losing 7-6 (7-5).
The 37 -year -old Serb on Tuesday tapped his upper left legs heavyly after being injured in a quarter -final win over Carlos Alakraj.
After slapping a volley in the net at set point, Djokovic immediately approached the net and joined hands with Zeverev.
They waved the crowd and despite the audio buzz from some sections inside the rod Lever Arena, gave them a double thumb.
Zverev said in his on-court interview, “What I want to say first is that when a player is injured, please do not burn.”
“I know that everyone has paid for tickets, but Novak Djokovic is the one who has given everything to the game.
“He won the title with a stomach injury, he won the title with a hamstring injury.
“If he cannot continue a tennis match, he cannot actually continue a tennis match.”
The German Second Seed Zverev is still bidding for its first Grand Slam title after losing in the major final twice.
In his first Australian Open Final, he will face either Italian top seeded birthris or American 21st Seed Ben Shelton.
