Nubia Z70 Ultra New Year Edition With Special Color Case Free Smartwatch Launched Specifications Availabilty Details

ZTE launched Nubia Z70 Ultra in the global market in November last year and now, to celebrate Chinese New Year, the company has introduced the new Nubia Z70 Ultra New Year Edition in the domestic market. The new smartphone edition comes with a different look from above, but there has been no change in the hardware from inside. Nubia Z70 Ultra features a 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED BOE display with 144Hz refresh rate and 2000nits peak brightness level. The phone includes the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset along with 24GB of RAM.

Nubia Z70 Ultra New Year Edition comes in a special color and comes with some extra accessories in the box. The New Year Edition includes a silver frame with a single-color option. Faux leather panel is given in the back. ZTE has included a free smartwatch in its special limited edition packaging. Additionally, customers will also get an exclusive case in the box.

The price of Nubia Z70 Ultra New Year Edition has not been announced. It will be sold only in China and the sale will start on January 16.

Let us tell you, Nubia Z70 Ultra was launched in the global market for $ 729 (approximately Rs 61,500). This price was for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the top end variant comes in 24GB + 1TB configuration and was launched at $949 (approximately Rs 80,000).

Specifications of Nubia Z70 Ultra New Year Edition are similar to Nubia Z70 Ultra. The phone is equipped with a 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED BOE Q9+ display. This phone has a refresh rate of 144Hz. The device has a peak brightness of 2000 nits. Equipped with 95.3% screen to body ratio, this phone supports touch sampling rate of 960Hz. The phone has Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with which Adreno 830 GPU is available for graphics.

Talking about the camera, it has a 50MP primary sensor on the rear side, along with a 50MP ultrawide lens. As the third sensor, a 64MP telephoto lens has been provided which also has OIS support. There is a 16MP camera on the front side of the phone for selfies and video calling. It has a large 6150mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. The phone is equipped with dust and water resistance feature for which it has been given IP68 and IP69 rating.
