83-year-old man accused of killing 84-year-old woman in home

An 83-year-old man has been charged with the murder of an 84-year-old woman who was found dead in her home.

Bedfordshire Police officers were called to Kingsbury Avenue in Dunstable just after 13:40 GMT on Thursday after a woman was injured.

Margaret Warby was pronounced dead at the scene, the force said.

Roger Warby, of Kingsbury Avenue, was charged with murder and appeared at Luton Magistrates Court on Saturday, police said.
