13 -year -old girl accused of killing a woman and arson

A 13 -year -old girl has been accused of killing a woman whose body was found after a house fire.
Police said the woman’s body was discovered at the address in Wellingboro, Northamptonshire in the early hours of Monday morning.
Officials said the girl, who could not be nominated for legal reasons, was also accused of arson in an attempt to endanger life.
The formal identity was yet to be confirmed, but the detectives believed the 43-year-old mother-three Marta Bednszek.
A post -mortem investigation gave the initial cause of death as a result of a strong force injury.

The victim was declared dead at the scene at 03:29.
A visual guard lives in place and the police is asking people to escape from the area.
DET Ch Inspector Johnny Campbell, senior investigating officer of the East Midlands Special Operations Unit, said he wanted to thank the officers and employees who had worked “tirelessly” since “very tragic events”.
“And, in particular, all our ideas are with the family of Marta, who have been fully cooperative as a disastrous couple for them.”
Bal said that the girl was scheduled to appear in the Northampton Magistrate Court at 10:00 pm on Wednesday.
